Parents/Guardians seeking admission for their wards shall apply in the month of January onwards with the prescribed registration fee. · Every parent has to visit and fill the enquiry form first. It includes details of the child and the parents. Kindly visit our website (www.jagbschool.com) for Online Admission Enquiry Form. Parents are advised not to fill more than one enquiry form for one applicant. All the admissions will strictly depend upon the Age Criteria mentioned in our website. No exceptions will be made under any Circumstances. Admission to classes depends upon the existing vacancies and will be granted on the basis of an entrance test. Admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG will be through an interview and on first come first serve basis according to the prescribed age requirements. Admission for Class- I to VIII will be on the basis of an entrance test and the interview. Date and time for the interaction/entrance test will be intimated to the parents. Only such candidates who have had their names registered in January, February, March will be eligible to sit for the admission test. Subject for admission test for class 1 to 5 are English, Hindi, Maths and EVS and for class 6 to 8 the subjects are – English, Maths, Science & Social Science. The entrance test paper will be based on syllabus of the preceding class to which the admission is sought. On the result of his/her written test the child is admitted to the class he/she is found fit for. Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill-in the admission forms with accuracy. No changes will be permitted thereafter, for any reason whatsoever. The parents or the guardian who fills the admission form are responsible for the child and shall pay all the dues to the school. If a parent wishes to change school, Transfer certificate will be issued within three days only if all dues are paid in full to the school. School authorities have the right to refuse admission or continuation of studies to any candidate/student whose conduct attendance or progress in studies is unsatisfactory. Final decision of giving admission (and in which class) will be of the Management based on the Test/Interaction. The registration fee will be submitted by the parents along with the first installment only after the confirmation of the admission. Parents kindly note that if there is Any Fee Regulation by the Fee Committee (DFRC) set up by Govt./CBSE, in this case student should not entitled to avail offer on prescribed Annual Composite Fee.
